John
Dolan is president of Dolan Capital Management (www.dolancap.com).
His firm’s performance consistently ranks as one of the
best for domestic balanced accounts. He began his career as a
security
analyst in 1968 in the Wall Street offices of Paine Webber Jackson & Curtis,
now known as UBS Securities. In 1977 he became president of Franklin
Asset Management, a subsidiary of the Franklin Templeton mutual
fund organization. During the five years prior to forming Dolan
Capital Management in 1985, John was a managing director of Manufacturers
Hanover Investment Counsel with responsibility for over $500 million
of client assets.
John is a fellow of the Financial Analysts Federation,
and a member of the CFA Institute. He is a past president of
the Security Analysts
of San Francisco and the Financial Planning Forum of Palo Alto.
David
D. Distad, Ph.D., CFA is an experienced finance professional with
significant expertise in security analysis and portfolio management,
capital markets, corporate finance, and real estate finance/analysis.
He is the head of the investment strategy committee of The Roulac
Group, (www.roulac.com) and a consulting lecturer in finance at the
Haas
School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. The Roulac
Group is a highly regarded national consulting firm that advises
investors in their implementation of complex real estate decisions.
David is a member of the CFA Institute, the Security Analysts of
San Francisco and the American Finance Association.
Helen R. S. MacKenzie provides venture and private equity investment management and advisory services to individual, family office and institutional partners. She is a founder of Co-Capital (www.co-capital.com) and is also the Managing Partner of the Artemis Ventures Fund. Prior to Co-Capital, Ms. MacKenzie worked with multiple venture capital firms, most recently as a Managing Director of SOFTBANK Technology Ventures. Prior to entering the venture business, Ms. MacKenzie had been a Vice President at Bank of America managing corporate lending in the Silicon Valley. Ms. MacKenzie is and has been a director of numerous companies and non-profit organizations.
Robert C. Johanson,

over twenty years. He is the former president and
chief executive officer of Secure Futures, Inc., a regional financial
planning and investment consulting firm. Most recently, Bob was
a consultant with Johnson & Dugan Corporation, an employee benefits
analysis company in the Bay Area.
Stephen A. Way, CLU CFP is president
of Way Financial, which specializes in life, disability, long-term

for individuals and small companies. He has been a certified
financial planner for over twenty years. Steve is a member of the
